WHAT'S COOKING...IN "2 F"

LET'S MAKE REAL AMERICAN PANCAKES IN 8 STEPS

INGREDIENTS:
|
 |
|
FLOUR: 250
gr.
a pinch SALT
MILK: 1\2
liter
2 EGGS
1 tablespoon
of melted BUTTER
BUTTER and
MAPLE SYRUP
|

PREPARATION:
|
|
|
1. Sift the
flour and put it in large a bowl. |
 |
 |
2. Break the
eggs and whisk them. |
|
3. Add the
milk and the salt and keep on whisking. Add the melted butter. |
 |
 |
4. Whisk the
batter until it is smooth and let it stand for about one hour. |
|
5. Melt some
butter in an small pan. |
 |
 |
6. Pour half
a cup of batter in the pan, tilt the pan in all directions until a film of
batter covers the base. |
|
7. Cook the
pancake until bubbles appear and the edges turn brown. Flip it over and cook
the other side. Continue until you finish all the batter. |
 |

8. Serve the
pancakes on a dish, put some butter on each one and A LOT of Maple Syrup
and.... enjoy it!!!! |
