WHAT'S COOKING...IN  "2 F"

LET'S MAKE REAL AMERICAN PANCAKES IN 8 STEPS

INGREDIENTS:

 

FLOUR: 250 gr.

a pinch SALT

MILK: 1\2  liter

2 EGGS

1 tablespoon of melted BUTTER

BUTTER and MAPLE SYRUP

 

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Sift the flour and put it in large a bowl. 

2. Break the eggs and whisk them.

3. Add the milk and the salt and keep on whisking. Add the melted butter.

4. Whisk the batter until it is smooth and let it stand for about one hour.

5. Melt some butter in an small pan.

6. Pour half a cup of batter in the pan, tilt the pan in all directions until a film of batter covers the base.

7. Cook the pancake until bubbles appear and the edges turn brown. Flip it over and cook the other side. Continue until you finish all the batter.


 
8. Serve the pancakes on a dish, put some butter on each one and A LOT of Maple Syrup and.... enjoy it!!!!

Some wooden spoon.  

A small frying pan.
